Mike is the Internet Manager with over 15 years experience in sales and customer service. Helping people is the most gratifying part of his position. A Native Californian, he moved to Nashville in 2004.
Mike enjoys sports of all kinds, especially basketball and football, and is an avid runner, having completed 23 marathons - WOW! He also enjoys volunteering in the community and playing music in what little spare time he has.
Mike prides himself on putting that hard to get done car deal...done.
Dan DelGrosso is a seasoned Commercial Fleet Manager and was born in Dearborn, Michigan, home of Henry Ford (he even attended Edsel Ford High School) – one could say Dan was destined to be a leader in the sale of Ford vehicles from birth.
He is a graduate of Ferris State University with a B/S Degree in Finance and moved to Nashville in 1978 and married Patricia in 1980 (wow – 30 years). He began his automotive career with Beaman Pontiac in 1982 where he found he had a knack for helping folks find the perfect vehicle for their needs .
As often happens in the business, Hippodrome Olds/Nissan hired him away where he not only created the fleet department, but earned the #1 Nissan Fleet Salesperson in the US on 4 different occasions. He recognized that Ford products are, simply, the best, and made the switch in 1995 where he has held top honors with Ford ever since – including a 12 year tenure with Performance/Champion Ford. Dan’s motto is simple: “Make it quick, convenient, and economical when it comes to selling commercial vehicles and, as always, hold customer satisfaction as the main priority.”
Jeff is originally from Paducah, Kentucky. He came to Nashville and attended Tennessee State University. Jeff has worked in the restaurant industry before getting in the Automobile Business with Crown Ford in 2002.
Jeff is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and a Master Mason. Jeff is single, lives in the Percy Priest Area and loves to fish. Currently, Jeff is our training manager. Jeff is the product knowledge specialist at Crown Ford. He loves interacting with the customers and showing them all the features and options of their new Ford.
Lee Woodward is originally from Toledo, Ohio, and currently resides in Nashville with his wife, Tammie. Lee has two grown children, Michael and Chelsey.
Lee began at Crown Ford in 1998 as a salesman, and was rapidly promoted through the business & finance office to Sales Training Manager. In his spare time, Lee enjoys Titans Football and spending time with his wife, Tammie.
Lee has a great sense of humor, and can even be seen locally at various amateur comedy venues. Lee does many impersonations including Donald Duck and the Godfather. Lee is a highly motivated individual and very passionate about helping customers. Stop by Crown Ford and ask for Lee......then ask him to make you laugh! Laughter is the best medicine and Lee is our resident Doctor of Comedy.
Marty Horn is from Seattle, Washington. He resides in Smyrna with his wife, Martie. Marty has been part of the Crown Ford Family since 1987. He worked in the Finance and Insurance Department, and is now the General Sales Manager. In his spare time he enjoys Titans Football, boating and bass fishing. He and Marty enjoy their pool in the summer. Marty is an electronics guru and prides himself on knowing the latest and greatest gadgets. So it goes without mentioning his love for his Flat Screen TV with the remote! Marty uses his electronics expertise on helping Crown Ford Customers get the payment they need, with the lender that will best fit their budget.
Chuck Nichols is one of Crown Ford's greatest success stories. He began his career here in 1982 as the service shuttle driver. His great personality and desire to learn advanced him to the position of Service Advisor and finally as our Service Manager. Chuck knows Customer Service and he and his staff year after year go the extra mile to make our Crown Ford customers completely satisfied. Chuck resides in Smyrna with his wife, Dana. Chuck and Dana have 2 sons and are now Grandparents. Chuck loves the outdoors; fishing, biking, golf, and Tennessee football. Chuck also loves grilling!
Crown Charlie has been in the automobile business for over 50 years. He and his wife, Melinda live in Nashville. Crown Charlie has 3 grown children, Autumn, Charles, and Roxanne. He is the very same guy on TV that does all of the Crown Ford commercials. He is usually at Crown Ford six days a week. On most Sundays, he loves to work in his yard. He has the greenest grass on his block and the most beautiful roses. Crown Charlie is an avid reader and a historian. He often reads 2 or 3 books at the same time. He and Melinda love to travel and have been to many different countries, most recently Russia. However, his first passion is his dedication to his Crown Ford Customers.
Shane is our Collision Center Manager. Shane comes to Crown the plenty of experience in this industry. He originally hails from Western, Kentucky, and has over 20 years of body-shop experience (15 years as a body technician). Before coming to Crown Ford, Shane worked for Allstate, so he has very "hands-on" experience dealing with insurance companies. Shane has 2 grown children, Angel and Shane Jr. In his spare time, Shane loves boating - you'll sometimes see him on his cabin cruiser at the Elm Hill Marina, or or Percy Priest Lake.
Stan originally hails from Alabama - born in Birmingham and raised in Montgomery. He graduated from Alabama Christian College, which he attended on a basketball scholarship. Stan has a very even disposition and sounds like Senator Fred Thompson.
Originally joining the FBI in Washington, Stan moved back to Alabama and, after a 20 year career with South Central Bell, retired to Louisville and opened an advertising agency. After selling the agency, he moved to Nashville where he pioneered the concept of "talk sales" with several middle Tennessee newspapers.
His love of sales drove him to join the sales team at Crown Ford. Married for almost 30 years to Sandra, they have two sons, a daughter, and a grand-dog, Stanford, the Chihuahua. When he is not at Crown Ford you will find Stan with his family, watching college football or the Atlanta Braves. Sometimes you can catch Stan on the internet researching his family tree.
Stan is one of Crown Ford's two Commercial Account Specialists. Stan is Master Certified in the Business Preferred Network. He understands Businesses and how to make the most out of your transportation budget.
Bobby Ross, is a seasoned Fleet Manager and originally hails from the Great State of Kansas (ask him to sing the Kansas State University fight song backwards….hint: he’s a real Kansas State fan), and began selling Ford products in 1996.
Bobby moved to Tennessee in mid 2000 and started selling vehicles at Crown Ford where he’s amassed quite a loyal customer base. He prides himself in “making the deal work,” which explains his success over the years. If you’ve been out and about in the greater Nashville area, chances are you might have seen him singing karaoke on open mic nights – he’s really good! Bobby is a bachelor and lives in Antioch.
